Contact data processing
If you contact us by email, your personally transmitted personal data (e.g. name, email, address, place of residence, telephone number, etc.) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request in accordance with the guidelines of the GDPR. If no contractual or order relationship develops, your data will be deleted by us. All other information (e.g. project documents) transmitted when you contact us will be treated confidentially. The data will not be passed on to third parties without the user's consent.

Applications
Application documents of rejected applicants will be kept for at least 6 months due to the possibility of asserting equal treatment claims (§§15 Paragraph 1 and 29 Paragraph 1 GlbG, § 7k Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Paragraph 2 Paragraph 1 BEeinstG) or 3 years insofar as a claim for reimbursement of presentation costs applies could be made (§1486 Z 5 ABGB). In addition, the data is only stored if the rejected applicant has agreed to keep evidence.

Data Collection
We only process the data that you as a customer provide us with to carry out pre-contractual measures and when the contract is concluded. For this, we usually only need your contact details (name, title, gender, address, telephone number, bank details). In exceptional cases, we may also have to ask you to provide further data (e.g. birth dates, commercial register data).
Data Use
We only use your data to process the contract, to answer your inquiries, for accounting and clearing purposes and for the technical administration of the project.

Data processing
As part of our business relationship, automation-supported (e.g. e-mail, drawing and word processing programs) and in the form of archived text documents (e.g. correspondence, contracts, plans, expert reports, technical reports, notices, hand files, personalized invoices) the data you provide is processed, to carry out pre-contractual measures and to be able to fulfil the contract.

Data Transfer
We only pass on your personal data if this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution or for billing purposes or due to legal requirements or if you have given your consent. The use of personal or project-specific data for advertising purposes or publications would require your express consent.

Data backup and deletion
Your data will be deleted if it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored or if the storage becomes inadmissible for legal reasons. The data necessary to fulfil the accounting obligations (§§ 190, 212 UGB) and tax regulations (§ 132 BAO) will be kept for 7 years. In addition, in individual cases there is longer storage until the end of the business relationship or a legal dispute or until the expiry of the warranty and guarantee periods as well as the limitation periods in the event of the assertion of claims for damages or insofar as this is necessary to assert copyright claims. For all data stored in the electronic document archive, there is also a retention period of at least 30 years (§ 13 Document Archive Ordinance - 220th VO of the bAIK, Zl. 20/17).

Data Safety
The security of your data is very important to us. However, we would like to point out that the transmission of data on the Internet (e.g. via email) can have security gaps. A holistic protection of the data against the access of third parties can therefore not be guaranteed. We cannot accept any liability for the damage caused by such security gaps.

Your Rights
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
